Shipping and returns

Corals Online will make every effort to ensure that all items in your orders reach you in perfect condition.

We offer a guaranteed next day UK delivery via Parcel Force for the UK and is available at a cost of £16.95. Parcel Force are legally permitted to courier live goods within the UK. Shipping is not offered outside of the UK.

All orders received before 2:00pm Monday to Thursday are shipped on the same day for next day delivery. Orders received after 2:00pm and on Friday are shipped the next day and Monday retrospectively.

Refunds will only be offered if the items are dead on arrival (DOA). In the rare event of a DOA strict procedures must be followed in order to quality for a refund. Details can be found on our Live Arrival Guaranteed page.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your right to cancel

If you have placed an order and we have not shipped your goods we will issue an immediate refund. Notice of a cancellation notice must be made in written form via our email address customerservices@coralsonline.co.uk. Ordered that have been shipped or received other than in the case of a DOA cannot be refunded. Corals Online is responsible for the corals whilst they are in our possession, coral health cannot be guaranteed once received by the customer.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not pass on your address or personal details to any 3rd party company, person or persons.

Email addresses are used to send you confirmation of orders, as well as status updates on orders you have placed with us that are yet to be completed.

If you wish, you can opt-in to receive our occasional newsletter by email. You can do this on the Corals Online website home page, at checkout or in your account area.

Order records are saved on our secure database. We store your address, email address, telephone number and the products contained in the order so that in the unlikely event of there being a problem, we can contact you to resolve it as efficiently as possible. If you create an account with Corals Online you can view a full history of all your orders placed with us at any time.

No credit card / debit card details are stored on our servers or database.

All payments over our website are securely encrypted so all transactions are dealt with efficiently and safely.

Online offers

Occasionally Corals Online will contact customers via our newsletter which contains latest product offers and news via email or specific e-flyer offers. This service is available only if you have chosen to 'opt-in' when you have created an account with Corals Online. You can unsubscribe to our newsletter or offers at any time.

We will not share your email or postal address details with any 3rd party organisation or individual.

Account information

Corals Online offers the option of creating a customer account. This is a straight forward process and allows you to view your past orders – as well as creating wish lists. You can login into your account any time to view or edit your orders. You can cancel your account at any time.
